Hartz Premier is a luxury condominium building in the heart of Detroit, featured on Crain’s Detroit for containing the priciest condo in the city and boasting 24-foot ceilings along with luxury amenties. Our team designed the interior of the condo to reflect a high-end, contemporary feel. We produced renderings of each of the spaces and crafted an interactive VR scene that allowed the user to walk through the space virtually. This helped potential buyers understand the possibilities of the condo through an immersive experience.
