X-Identity wouldn’t be where it is today without our Executive Director, Ted Tase’s commitment and contributions. With this in mind, it’s our pleasure to shine a spotlight on Ted this month.

Ted has been with X-Identity since its inception and recalls that those early days were “full of excitement and dreams.”

“Every project usually starts from a blank page, in our case x-identity started from an empty white room out of which we built a company putting all of our passion together. We had a global vision, even then,” says Ted. “We saw the potential for X-Identity to become a global melting pot, fostering multicultural and multinational input from a widespread team.” Over the years, he has contributed to the company’s progress toward this vision with a core team in Albania, and leadership and support members dialing in from across the United States.

Not only does international teamwork allow for nearly round-the-clock efforts for our clients, but, according to Ted, it’s helped reframe the work culture in Albania, fostering both personal and professional development for employees. He remembers intentional efforts to find and hire individuals who would bring value to the team. Years later, the X-Identity studio in Albania has grown into a highly motivated and tight-knit crew of experts. “We have always known there is a lot of talent in Albania, and we have been able to showcase that talent by developing and sustaining our group of top-tier visual artists in Tirana.”

Along with talent accrued over the years has come improved internal processes, streamlining X-Identity’s workflow and allowing team members to feel passionate about what they do. Ted states, “Any time new talent joins a team, there is a healthy push for improvement across the board.” X-Identity has capitalized on this healthy push with each addition to the growing studio in Albania, and continues to seek ways to increase success for our studio and our clients.

When asked to describe the current team at the studio in Albania, Ted expresses contentment in working with “hardworking, positive, professional, and welcoming people - top performers ” He appreciates that the team takes pride in their achievements while they continually work together toward refinement and growth.

In the studio, Ted is a crucial motivator for the team. He has appreciated and made the most of his responsibility to “keep the fire going” for himself and those around him, and X-Identity couldn’t be more appreciative of his contributions over the years.
